With this test kit, you can collect a blood and urine sample yourself. Using the included return envelope, you can send the material to the certified laboratory, where it will be analyzed. If you have any questions, you can always contact our helpdesk through the website.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Before you start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Make sure you are relaxed and seated calmly during sample collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Do not<\/strong> take the test right after exercising.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Preferably use first morning urine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Do not<\/strong> drink more than 1 liter of fluids the evening before.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Do not<\/strong> urinate for at least 1 hour before collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Do not<\/strong> test during or up to 7 days after using antibiotics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • For women: do not<\/strong> collect urine during menstruation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Preferably, do not collect a sample on Friday or during the weekend, due to longer shipping times. Send it on the same day of collection whenever possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Outside below 4\u00b0C or above 25\u00b0C? Drop off the package at a post office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

      • Do you have difficulty with a finger prick or feel uncomfortable at the sight of blood? Then perform the test in the presence of someone else or consult a healthcare professional.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Are you using blood thinners or do you have a blood clotting disorder? Consult your doctor first to avoid complications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        • Activate<\/strong> the kit using the details on the activation card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Keep the activation card in a safe place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Remove the urine collection tube from the packaging and place the barcode sticker marked URINE<\/strong> vertically<\/strong> on it. Also place the barcode sticker marked SERUM<\/strong> vertically<\/strong> on the small collection tube.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
