    Before you start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Do not<\/strong> take the test if you have a fever or an acute infection (unless specifically being tested for it).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Avoid using medication or supplements right before the test.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Do not<\/strong> take a swab during menstruation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Preferably, do not collect a sample on Friday or during the weekend, due to longer shipping times. Send it on the same day of collection whenever possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Outside below 4\u00b0C or above 25\u00b0C? Drop off the package at a post office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

        • Activate<\/strong> the kit using the details on the activation card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Keep the activation card in a safe place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Remove the swab collection tube from the packaging and place the barcode sticker marked SWAB<\/strong> vertically<\/strong> on it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
