    Before you start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Make sure you are seated calmly and relaxed during the sample collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Do not<\/strong> take the test if you have just exercised.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Preferred time for collection: in the morning, usually between 7:00 and 10:00<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You must be fasting before taking the test.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Do not take the test if you have a fever or acute infections (unless specifically being tested for that).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Avoid using medication or supplements shortly before the test.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Preferably do not take a sample on Friday or during the weekend due to longer shipping times. Ideally send it on the same day as the collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Outside below 4\u00b0C or above 25\u00b0C? Hand in the package at a post office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
