    Before you start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    • Make sure you are relaxed and seated calmly during the sample collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Do not<\/strong> take the test right after exercising.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Do not take the test if you have a fever or an acute infection (unless specifically testing for it).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Avoid using medication or supplements right before the test.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Preferably, do not collect a sample on Friday or during the weekend, due to longer shipping times. Send it on the same day of collection whenever possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Outside below 4\u00b0C or above 25\u00b0C? Hand in the package at a post office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
