With this test kit, you can collect a blood sample yourself. Using the included return envelope, you can send the material to the certified laboratory, where it will be analyzed. If you have any questions, you can always contact our helpdesk through the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When should you test?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For the most accurate result, it is important to take the blood sample on the third day of your menstrual cycle<\/strong>. This is the third day on which you experience bleeding during your period.

    Before you start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Make sure you are relaxed and seated calmly during the sample collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Do not<\/strong> take the test right after exercising.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Do not take the test if you have a fever or an acute infection (unless specifically testing for it).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Avoid using medication or supplements right before the test.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Test before 10:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Do not eat or drink anything<\/strong> (except water) from 11:00 p.m. the night before<\/strong>. This is called \u201cfasting\u201d and ensures a clean blood sample.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Are you using hormonal contraception? Unfortunately, this test is not suitable, as it affects hormone levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Preferably, do not collect a sample on Friday or during the weekend, due to longer shipping times. Send it on the same day of collection whenever possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Outside below 4\u00b0C or above 25\u00b0C? Hand in the package at a post office.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
